How does the Milestone Bonus column work?

The Milestone Bonus column shows milestones that were hit during that specific week, regardless of when the video was originally uploaded. For example, a video uploaded in week 8 that hits a milestone during week 9 will appear under week 9's milestone bonus, not week 8's.
